Delete Account

There is no account to delete

Thistoo never asks you to sign up. Your answers and settings live only on your phone. There is no profile to close.

Clear this phone

  1. Open Thistoo and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Clear this phone, then Clear it.

There is no account, so this removes your answers and settings for good. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it. Subscriptions stay with your Apple or Google account.

Or delete the app

  • iPhone: touch and hold the Thistoo icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App.
  • Android: touch and hold the Thistoo icon, then tap Uninstall.

Copies may remain in your own iCloud, Google or computer backups until those backups are replaced or deleted.

Cancel your subscription

Clearing this phone or deleting the app does not cancel Work or Thistoo Pass. To stop paying:

  • iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Thistoo, then Cancel Subscription.
  • Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Thistoo, then Cancel subscription.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

Emails you sent us

If you wrote to us and want that conversation deleted, email us and we will remove it.
